    1.1 Shipping Destinations
    We ship products both domestically within Norway and internationally to select countries. The availability of shipping to your location will be confirmed at checkout. Orders are fulfilled using our trusted 3PL partner, NextSmartShip, from their warehouses located in the USA, EU, Australia, or China.

    1.2 Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs vary based on location, weight of your order, and warehouse origin. All shipping fees will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

    1.3 Dispatch & Delivery
    Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times can vary but typically are:

    • Domestic: 3-5 business days
    • International: 7-21 business days

    Please note that these are estimates, and delivery can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or customs processing for international orders.


    2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
    We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll process a full refund.

    2.2 Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and if the return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 10 business days.


    3.1 Return Eligibility
    Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.

    3.2 Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, Agriris AS will bear the return shipping expenses. Returns should be sent to the corresponding NextSmartShip warehouse from which it was dispatched.

    3.3 Initiating a Return
