10. VAT and Applicable Taxes
Operatøren AS is a Norwegian company registered for VAT in Norway. Orders are shipped from Norway to customers in Norway and the EU, and to customers in the United States from either Norway or our fulfillment partner NextSmartShip’s warehouse in China. Depending on the shipping origin and your delivery location, your order may be subject to VAT, sales tax, customs duties, or import fees. Where we are registered to collect these at checkout, they are included in your order total; otherwise, they may be collected by customs or the delivery carrier before your order is released.
